• Pre-Launch Event Date: Early October 2025 (Exact date TBA via email due to privacy reasons).

• Product Delivery: If you’re unable to attend the event, you may donate your tickets to a community member. We’ll still send your full VIP swag pack ( if applicable) and exclusive Culture Coffee items directly to you.

• Culture Coffee Exclusive Retail will be Shipped out October 1st.

• Age Requirement: VIP swag bags are for supporters 21+ only.

• Communication: You’ll receive regular updates via email on our build-out progress, key dates, and exclusive behind-the-scenes content.

• No Refunds: All contributions are final and non-refundable, as they directly support the growth of our community space.

• Privacy: Any personal information collected through this campaign (name, email, address, etc.) will be used solely for communication and fulfillment of your crowdfunding perks. We will never share, sell, or use your information for any other purpose.
